Foam roller addiction

Just got a foam roller and I think I am addicted already. I have had a niggle in my calf and the foam roller feels soooooo good.

I did 7.5K on Sunday and it made my calf worse (quelle surprise!)

I only did 3.5K today SLOWLY, but my calf felt fine, about 75% I guess. I haven't done less than 4K for a few weeks but that 30 and a bit minutes was like seeing an old friend (socially distanced of course). Might just do 5K at the weekend rather than the planned 8K, and might push it to Sunday. Let's see what happens.

Now give me my foam roller, NOW!

I know exactly what you mean! I’ll join your foam roller anonymous! I have one upstairs in my bedroom and one in the livingroom.

Here’s the most enjoyable roller workout I have experienced so far! healthunlocked.com/strength...

But it’s just as good as just rolling it whilst on the couch! 🤣

They are great! I bought one a few years ago when I was doing a load of high intensity exercises but also use it for my calf niggle post run. Amazing the difference after you use one 😀

Hmm sounds interesting, might have to look into buying on. Sounds definitely healthier than my sugar addiction 😜
