I've just done a quick trip up Argos to pick up a click and collect foam roller after having read about their usefulness somewhere on this forum.
I'm now screaming the house down .....

I learned the joys of foam rolling when I strained an ankle ligament. First the physio poked my calf - agony. Then he advised buying a foam roller. More agony, but strangely satisfying because you really do feel so much better when you stop
