After my epic 9km run the other day I needed an extra couple of days to recover! Plus with a busy weekend I couldn’t get out till tonight. The 4kms was relatively easy. It was cold out and necessitated a hoodie, but I had a backlog of podcasts to listen to. Hope everyone else is making progress!

Well done pr0f I didn’t realise you’d reached 9k, you’ve stuck with the Magic Plan and done so well, you’ll be hitting 10k in no time, keep up the good work 👍🏃‍♂️
