Consolidation run number 2 and I headed away from the sea and into the country. Slow run using NRC and I remembered to start the run again after I stopped to take the photo 🀣

4.2k in 30 mins, I need to slow down a little more to get by heart rate lower but it was a very nice relaxing run in the countryside 😊

Thank you. I’m just doing 30 minute runs at a pace I’m comfortable with on the day and it’s really enjoyable πŸ˜€ nice scenery, nice weather and not exhausted - what could be better πŸ˜†
