Unexpected 5K

My first mid-week 5k. Started out OK, did 2 laps of my 2.35K course and thought I might stop at 40 minutes, but the bright lights of Streatham Vale beckoned me on. It was an OK time of 45'2'', considering I wasn't aiming to run 5k and it was after my first 7K on Saturday (hence 2 days off). So I have got a "marker" time for (not)Parkrun and the Intrepids are a mite closer to COGH.

Just hope my knees are polite to me tomorrow.
