I ran my first 10K back in December (still amazed, thank you Juju for your plan, it really is magic!) and although I’m keeping up with running 3x a week, I haven’t run anything longer than 6K since then (usually a couple of 3ks before work in the week and then a 5 or 6 at the weekend).
Part of me feels like now I’ve done 10K once that’s that, but then part of me would quite like to give it another go. Seeing as it’s been a while, would I need to do a gradual increase of distance again or should I just trust my legs to manage a 10K again? Or maybe I should be concentrating on increasing my 5K pace? Unsure! Thanks!

This ^ Absolutely, spot on from nowster 👏👏👏 LJAR, if you feel like working on distance, maybe consider jumping back onto the magic plan at whatever point your longest run is at the moment? If you do interval training during the shorter runs that might also help your 5k pace 😃
Thanks both! Sorry for my late reply I forget to check this app sometimes! Wow 13.2K @nowster – amazing! Maybe I will use the Magic Plan as a guide again. I also think I’ll give some interval training a go, thanks @beatlesforever 😊 need to be brave and push myself a bit to keep things interesting
