Week 3 of my 10k training plan complete with a 4 mile run!

So chuffed to have done 4 miles today (longest ever run!) in the glorious sunshine. Also pleased with my average pace, to think I started out at a 17/ minute mile! Managed to get a PB 5k during this run too. Splits were12:46, 11:52, 13:13, 12:36.

There was lots of other runners and walkers out but luckily I could run on the grass and socially distance in the streets.

Hope everyone else has enjoyed the lovely weather this weekend.

Well done EveryoneKnows! 4 miles is a great distance. I bet Clapham Common was busy, I know it of old. Happy running 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️👏🏼.

Thanks! I'm not using an app-based plan, I'm using the Hal Higdon plan off his website. I mainly just listen to my own music during runs and I plan routes out beforehand :)
