And it’s my day off, so run we did, Willow ran fir 30 minutes and I carried on for 5k

Birds sang, dog walkers walked and the sun glittered off the sea, I took photos of our park where we started our running adventure

Me too. Then Covid jab recovery all last week. Now long distance house move this coming week! Back to South coast but a bit further west this time, Hants/ Dorset border. Can I learn to run up those zig zag cliff paths?!

Mine will have to wait til after work and may only be a walk, I’m working both days and will put in a long one Saturday so I can come home earlier on Sunday, it’s our 8 year anniversary

Lovely, just lovely.I ran yesterday so made do with a nice walk in the woods in my lunch break. The sunshine was a tonic for the soul, and the birds were singing.

I might or will walk some of it as well, my right leg is a lot better but if I run the pain could come back, I won't really know until I've ran a little and see how it goes.

Looks lovely, I keep meaning to take a photo but I have 3 apps running on my phone when I'm out, NRC, Strava and Spotify and I never like to try and do anything else incase it knocks everything out! I'm still not back to 'normal' legs still don't seem to want to run as well as they were doing, all runs still a lot slower and much more hard work. I just can't believe that from not getting out for about 10 days because of weather would have that effect. Seems like a few people are saying the same. But......onwards and upwards, spring's on its way, hopefully longer days with some sunshine, always good for the soul! Happy Anniversary too! 🌝🏃‍♀️🎉

I think it’s because it’s been winter and we expect a lot of ourselves

I’m luck to have a Garmin so run and music on that, then i bought a pair of leggings with a pocket, ooo now i have my phone in that ready for photos
