Weekday = 30 min run and because it was 19°C (was I really running on ice 2 weeks ago?) I dug out my summer running pants. First time I have worn them since I restarted running in November. Added a short sleeved running shirt to the ensemble and I felt as if it was summer.
Can't wait to go to the coast again and run in the 'polders' (roads between farmland) where we regularly go between April and November. Now I run in and around a park, but it is getting crowded with the good weather. At the coast I have the road to myself, heavenly!
Friday another 30 min run and Sunday a run of 50 mins is planned!
I know, I just hope there won't be ice and snow. Cold is very ok, love running in the cold. But ice, not so big a fan 😝
Great running Evy, it's nice to be able to layer down now that weather's improving 👍🥳🌅🌄

Yeah, I do like running in the cold though. Less people around, fresh air. I hate heat, so I am hoping for a long cool spring. But running without gloves, cap, body warmer, it definitely feels nice!
