Well OK, maybe not exactly 'hot' but 15 degrees and the running jacket had to come off halfway and be tied around my waist, its been a while since that has happened!. Quite a strong wind blowing in the wrong direction on the return run down the old railway line (Brampton Valley Way) but still a very enjoyable run and a springlike morning here in Northants. Happy running everybody ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™‚๏ธ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿ™‚๐Ÿ‘

As soon as it gets to 10 degrees it is T short running for me. If it gets over 13 degrees I may where shorts. Streatham Beware. Also Mitcham and Norbury.
