Well I got out yesterday in the beautiful weather and managed 31/2 k after resting for 4 days and got some sleep last night so maybe I need to have more rest days between my runs. Iβll try to go out again on Friday and see what happens. Doing more stretches and a bit of Pilates too is maybe the answerππthank you to everyone for your suggestions π€if I take it easy for a while hopefully Iβll keep my own hips a bit longer π€£π€£π€£
