Well I got out yesterday in the beautiful weather and managed 31/2 k after resting for 4 days and got some sleep last night so maybe I need to have more rest days between my runs. I’ll try to go out again on Friday and see what happens. Doing more stretches and a bit of Pilates too is maybe the answerπŸ˜€πŸ˜€thank you to everyone for your suggestions 🀞if I take it easy for a while hopefully I’ll keep my own hips a bit longer 🀣🀣🀣

Great news, big breath, calm, try not to panic. We all get niggles now and again. Happy running πŸ€—

Yes I know. I don’t usually panic but this time the niggles were more painful than previous ones so my mind worked overtime 🀣🀣🀣 onwards and upwards. 🀣🀣 happy running πŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸƒβ€β™€οΈ

That’s good to hear Scruff. A little bit of patience and kindness to ourselves goes a long way. 😊
