Slow 4.6K

I felt fine but probably started out too fast as I felt better than I expected. It was my longer run on Saturday. Short run on Thursday with a couple of intervals then my 60 minutes attempt on Saturday.

After my warm up indoors I opted for T-shirt and leggings only. Naturally it drizzled for half of the run and got a bit heavier for the last 5 minutes - nature's cooling system.

It stopped raining 30 minutes after I got in - of course.

Well done and of course it stops raining after you got in. Think about all those people who dislike running in the rain. Luckily they have you to take away all the rain for them 😉

I don't mind light rain. But when it is chucking it down, I might wait til it calms down,

Sounds like a good run apart from the rain
