Had to run (scramble) uphill in thick mud through the woods as the footpath was like a lake - wonderful sunshine and no gales, so it was bliss in a lot of ways. Could've done without carrying the 2kilos of mud on my trainers on the way home, but managed to shake most of it off en- route!

Goodness that sounds like a very hard work 2hr run. Have a little celebration along with your stretching to ward off stiffness tomorrow. Well done, happy running 🤗
Thank you, started off at my usual pace and had to nearly grind to a halt in the mud, but it's a beautiful day so I didn't mind a mud bath! - not sure how I'm gonna clean my trainers yet.🥴
Well done Teresa on your 12k, it's mad, how are we now able to run for 2 hours+ 🤷♂️ sounded very slippy, good job you stayed on your feet, sounds like your edging towards 10 miles, i'm still resting up, might try a short run this wed.
