Having spent some time on and off the IC in the last few months I’ve got more than a bit fed up 😕
I’ve tried very hard to heed all advice and be ultra careful about my joints but quite frankly the knee and ankle straps are really getting on my nerves 🙄 apart from looking like Max Wall, I feel so restricted.
Today I decided to throw caution to the wind. I did 3k on the treadmill with no joint strapping at all - daring, and some may say risky, I know, but I really couldn’t feel any worse jogging so why not try ?
What a result 💪🏃♀️💪
Everything felt right and so far (10 hrs later) no I’ll effects - I wish I’d tried this earlier.. so much more freedom and movement.
I was ultra slow 🐌🐌 (even by my standards) but who cares - I kept going and now I feel great 🥳
So what next for me ? Outdoors I think (weather permitting).
Here’s hoping I’m well on the road to complete recovery - all signs so far are looking good 👍
