This was a relatively easy run at a good pace. I took an extra day before this one as I was still sore after the 8km the other day. Listened to Scriptnotes and did a cut down version of my 5km run. It’s warming up out here in Maidenhead which is nice. I think once I hit 10kms I might do the plan again but the “target times” version rather than the “target distance”. Hope everyone else’s runs are going well!

Great work and it sounds sensible to have an extra days rest from running, don’t forget to stretch properly and I find even a short walk after a long run helps ease of the muscles. Happy running 🤗
