Great run πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘

Well having taken a week + off to rest my hip I decided it was warm enough for a run this morning and did I enjoy it. I didn’t go mad just a little 3 k run for starters but it was great. Had to take a different route as my normal one was closed due to road works and I didn’t fancy running in front of workmen as I don’t go very fast and I thought they might laugh!!! But I enjoyed my new route and will probably use it for the next 10 weeks or so that my other one is closed for. So onwards and upwards. πŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸƒβ€β™€οΈHappy running. Spring is on the way 🀞🀞🀞

Great job! Well done for getting back out there, and I sometimes find a different route makes things more fun πŸ˜€πŸƒβ€β™€οΈ

Great that your back running after a sore hip. New routes are always good to mix things up a bit. Happy running πŸ€—

Hip is longstanding issue just have to take it slowly when it plays up. Was hoping to get to 10k this year but I fear it might be a step too far πŸ™ƒπŸ™ƒπŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸƒβ€β™€οΈ

Nice run Scruff55. Glad your hip is behaving. And nice to have a new route. I've been using the same 2 all through the wet winter as they're all road. But it's nice to have a change.

It’s a route I’ve used in the past but it’s got a long hill with a steep bit at the top so I tend to avoid it if I can but needs must at the moment due to my main route being closed. Hip seems ok this morning though just a slight twinge so I’ll probably stick with the new route although I tend to walk up the last bit of the hill🀣🀣🀣

I don't blame you. Still you may surprise yourself if you're doing it regularly - one day you'll make it to the top 😊
