What a difference a day makes

24 little hours ........ Yesterday the weather was 'orrible, but this morning was almost delightful. I didn't run yesterday, haven't since last Monday but forecast was for milder so off we go. I did Coach Bennett's ♥️ next long run. 42 mins, just the amount of time I fancied. Thought I'd give myself a week of doing what I fancy. THEN START THE MAGIC PLAN HAHA! Top photo was yesterday, bottom this morning. Needless to say, I went the other way 😃 Happy running week everyone!

Wow! Fabulous photos Blossom! 42 mins is a great run. So long as you're doing something, that's what matters! I managed a 7k this weekend, but work is so busy right now, I'll be lucky if I get out again this week. Maybe a quick one round the local park one lunchtime!

Thanks 58! Hope you manage to get out. Even 10 or 15 mins is better than nothing! At least mornings and evenings are getting lighter so more opportunity now. 😄

Good on you for getting out again, it's always reassuring after a break. I'm waiting for a drier spell and then I'll be out today and will be interested to see if there's any difference after 8 days off.You've also prompted me to play Dinah Washington's 'What a difference a Day Made', I love it and it's a welcome ear-worm that will come on my run with me today!
