Hi all , I know it’s been cold but only one 6.5K run for me this week which is not good, right knee still hurts a bit but been speaking to a lady I met briefly at work who said about the one leg shorter than the other thing and gait etc , I’m convinced it’s that but who knows , would you say it’s definitely worth getting actual “runners” trainers say Brooks etc??
Anyway eaten loads had a few drinks this weekend so back to it tomorrow, have a good week all

If one leg is shorter than the other get to see an orthotics person, may be able to on nhs but not sure how long that will take Mine is same and spent months with gradually deeper heel lift through orthotics and has taken pain from neck shoulders back and knees, now my hips are level and spine straight
