♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️ Happy Valentines Day, to all Virtual Running Bodies!♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

Thought I’d drop this here, as well as on the Strength and Flex Forum, as these forums have been such an important social support for me, both for running, fitness and for general well-being in these challenging times.

Brilliant, oh dear, lockdown just adds to running taking over life, sometimes it's the only thing In the diary. Are we all going to be scoring 10/10 by summer 🤣

Yeah, I can definitely tick five off :

1) foam rollers (I have some in the living-room and some in our bedroom);

2) social schedule (weekend long runs is a non-negotiable);

3) presents: I bought runner hubby a massage roller for Xmas (but really I wanted to try it);

6) running hobbies? Definitely. Hey,- I spent the morning putting little runner icons into hearts 🤣; and

7) I keep thinking of devising pre-run smoothies (read about a peanutbutter-banana-oatmilk smoothie)

I’ve developed a 12-week plan to tick the rest of items off. 🤣🤣🤣

Me too, but then I joined my runner husband in being crazy about running. So at least now we’re both on the same page of loving it too much! 🤣🤣♥️

I now only have running shoes, I don't wear anything else on my feet 😁
