First run in week

I was bit intimidated - longest time between runs, due to snow and ice. But did it including achieving a PB for a 5k. 😀 Relieved and pleased. Still don't feel I'm really a runner and afraid I'll lose ability if not run every couple of days! Porridge now...

That’s great! 👍🏻😄 I don’t really think of myself as a “runner” either, but I do think I am “someone who runs(slowly)”. 😄

Brilliant effort, that longer break obviously did you good. I have friends who I think of as runners, but only run a few times a year. We are dedicated runners compared to them. Happy running 🤗

What a nice reward after the hiatus. I’m ruefully facing a few days without running and will just think about how well rested and ready I’ll be for the next run! Well done!
