Hello all, I hope you're out there enjoying your running. Nothing new to report, I'm still out 4 times a week in all silly weathers. Fortunately at the moment we've no lying snow but we do have some heavy rain, freezing temperatures and on Wednesday we had 40- 50 mph winds. Felt like I was being pushed backwards on Wednesdays run.

Wow, I love it! It looks both powerful and fragile. At first glance it reminded me of a murmuration.. with very organised birds.. 😳🤔☺️

Well done getting out there 4 times a week 🤩 I’d happily lap this sculpture a good few times.

Thanks for the link and video 😁 I see, it’s an artist sculpture it’s very clever, I’ve seen similar sculptures of people where they use the same effect, I like it 👍
