1 year heart bypass anniversary run

Hi, first time posting as only just discovered this site! It's my 1 year post double heart-bypass today and just finished my 5K for the day. Been good and bad days during my recovery but am still running and vertical.

Am aiming for 10K and sub 30 minute 5K runs this year so may be asking for tips soon.
