Wow! This time last year i took my first ever run on C25K - it was freezing and snowing! Who knew a year on i would still be at it and running 10k's
I am surprised by myself that i have kept it going for a year...but i truly enjoy this running lark. If someone would have told me a year ago that this is where i would be i would have said - "your joking! Not in a million years"
The support from you all on here has been immeasurable and i couldn't have got this far without you - so a huge thank you to all VRB's I love you!
here's to another year and who know's what can be achieved <O) Happy running everyone x

Thanks cheeky well it definitely won't be a marathon lol I don't feel anywhere near ready for that. I will settle with getting some 10k race bling at some point i think
