The second run of the magic plan went well because 5kms is pretty much my natural run distance now (5.5km) today. It was cold but the run went well - I’m just nervous about the 7km run coming in two days as I’ve never run that far but a good podcast or playlist will get me through it!

Great news. It was a meh run for me today. Couldn't get going, but felt fine after - just a meh run - better than no run of course! I must look up some podcasts for some variation. What did you listen to today?
