The second run of the magic plan went well because 5kms is pretty much my natural run distance now (5.5km) today. It was cold but the run went well - I’m just nervous about the 7km run coming in two days as I’ve never run that far but a good podcast or playlist will get me through it!

Take your time over the run, loads of time in the future to think about speed. Enjoy the sensation of longer to enjoy your new found activity. Happy running 🤗

Channel those nerves into excitement, you know you can do it! Be sure you’re plenty hydrated and well fuelled and it’s in the bag 🍌

You’ll reach 7k Pr0f, don’t overthink it, set out slow and you’ll definitely make it, you’re only 1.5km off reaching it already 👍🏃‍♂️

Great news. It was a meh run for me today. Couldn't get going, but felt fine after - just a meh run - better than no run of course! I must look up some podcasts for some variation. What did you listen to today?

Yeah I have meh runs too :) I bounce between podcasts like Empire magazine, scriptnotes, Overthinking It etc because they’re long enough to cover the run, and my Spotify running playlist :) Depends on my mood!
