Started couch to 5km in august, consolidated for a bit (probably not enough tbh in hindsight) , then did juju’s plan til week 6/7, stalled a bit, reset, did short 2.5km RED January and eventually decided to push myself this afternoon...
And am totally delighted to have completed the Edinburgh virtual 10km in 1hr 7mins...( T-shirt and medal, what’s not to love!) running nonstop..
Summary, thanks for this forum, keeps lot of folk like me motivated by reading the posts quietly in background. Couldn’t have done it without you.. and can someone send me link to get my 10km graduate badge please?
