I haven't posted for a while now, but I have been running still, regularly - probably 3 times /week average. Today was a lovely day and I ran my longest ever run - 7.55km, average pace 7.17. I'm feeling quite pleased with myself, as the aim was to slow down and run for longer. It's really hard to go more slowly. On a good day, I can do 30 minutes at 6:40. My aim is to get to 5km in 30 minutes, so I've got quite a way to go. But I'm not in a hurry. I'm also not very good at training- I just do the run I fancy, and have time for, so it's all quite haphazard. But hey: as long as I'm out there, who cares. Running in the snow was fun (don't get much of that in London).

Congratulations on your longest run ⭐👏🏼. You are doing brilliantly. Your approach of "do the run you feel like running" seems to be paying off 😊. Keep it up!

Great stuff - doing what you feel is a lovely way to run. With the better weather we all start to feel the urge to run longer, I think? I would be very happy indeed if I could hit that pace as well...
