slowly slowly, four runs done and then snow and ice so avoided those days . It's good to be back and I needed the three months to recover - and for once I did all the physio exercises religiously..

Welcome back. Take it easy especially on the snow and ice. Good to see you’re on your way back into running slowly slowly is definitely the mantra. And keeping up with the exercises too. Take care. 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️
