Good morning.
I completed c25k and am today running but have no plan.
I’ve read about JuJus plan to get to 10k. Would you recommend?
Just want someone to hold my hand through the process !!!!!!!

Morning!
I finished the C25K in August and have been running an average of 50km a month made up of various distances. Mainly 4k, 5k and 6k with a few 7k and one 8k just before Christmas.
I've decided to give the JuJu Magic 10k a go and completed W2R1+0.5k yesterday (feels weird talking in Week and Run numbers again 😀)
I mainly started this plan as I noticed my motivation was going again at the start of Christmas so this is a good way of having a routine again. Just hope it stops raining!
What distances have you done?
Give it a go!!
Hi Kish,I’m running 5k now. I live in South Wales, it’s very hilly here, so the running is a bit more challenging but definitely improves my fitness.
I’m intending on starting Juju’s plan today. 15 min run to start sounds luxurious compared to the 5k I did on Wednesday night!!!
Congratulations on 50k a month!
That’s outstanding 👍🏻
HI Kish247, I'm starting the magic plan today, chiefly because it's very cold and grey in Suffolk this morning and I have absolutely no motivation to get up and run! I like the fact that I have permission to do a shorter run😂.Where I live the roads are single track so not ideal and the forest, Dunwich, wet, so not alot of choice. The forest will win as I have no hiviz. I've done a couple of 10k but want to do it without a struggle, hoping the magic will work and my stamina increase. Good luck
First of all congratulations on completing C25K, I do recommend Ju Ju's Magic 10 plan. ha, I am not sure about holding your hand while doing the plan, I know what you mean, good luck.
Great idea to do the plan, I completed it last year and it worked for me, I’ve since increased distance to 12km. I had managed to run 10k once before I started the plan, however it was a struggle. The next time I ran 10k towards the end of the plan I really noticed a difference, I was no longer struggling, still felt I could go a bit further and I had run the 10k five mins quicker than before. I put all this down to the fact the plan really helped me to build my distance stamina. Good luck with it, especially the hilly parts !
Welcome and congratulations graduating c25k. Ju Ju's plan is great and you'll get loads of help and support here. No question is too basic. Decide whether you want to go to 60mins or 10k, choose the order of the runs each week to suit the weather or your life. Here's the link in case you don't have it yet. I printed mine and put a sticky star on each completed run 🤣 so childish but fun. Happy running 🤗
You'll be brilliant on this next section of your running adventure Sionny
I'm not sure if you've a copy of the Ju-Ju magic 10k plan I'll throw you a link in case 👍
Good luck and happy running out there
Ju-ju’s plan is definitely recommended Sionny and if you scroll through the posts here on the bridge you’ll find masses of company! Go for it!
Shw mae Sionny!
It's usually recommended only to try to move on to longer distances after you've done a few weeks consolidating the 30min runs.
The Magic Plan can be done by distance or by time. Your choice.
I'm not following it, but only because I want to vary things a little more than the plan does, and approach it a little more slowly. I'm currently at 8km/60 minutes.
The first few weeks of the Magic Plan can be hard as they progress a little faster than the 10% rule. The last few weeks are easier as it tapers off as you approach 10km, just like C25K does.
Best of luck! Pob lwc!
