Finally. Week one run one JuJu's magic plan, distance has been done. I've been procrastinating since before Christmas and finally I've started. And what a corker of a sunrise 🌅 Happy running everyone ☺️

Well done Blossom. I've also been procrastinating on getting started with it and I'd probably do distance as no end of 5k runs to date seem to be speeding me up!However, I came across a video of Juju's talking about another plan to get to 10k from a couple of years ago. It seems you had to register to do it, do you or anyone know if that is still an option and how to find out if there's a current similar plan.Meanwhile, good luck with your runs, and hope you enjoy your journey to 10k with more stunning scenery.

Sometimes on here JuJu has got people starting the magic plan en masse, so you tell her you're gonna do it and check in every so often. Accountability. There are two versions, distance and time. All the info is in the pinned posts. Yeah I'm not getting any faster either but don't care really. 10k will probably take me about 85 mins.

What a beautiful place to run Blossom! And well done for starting JuJu's distance Magic Plan. Perhaps you'll hit the 10k by springtime and you'll see blossom on the trees for your 10k graduation!

I stopped JuJu's distance plan just before Christmas due to Covid, so have had to go back and start again! This time I'm not so ridged as I have less time to run, but I'll be looking out for your posts and cheering you on! 😍😍😍

I'm up to 6k, but not doing it week by week as I can only manage 2 runs a week at the moment due to work & family commitments (and the fact that I don't enjoy running after 8pm!)

I've signed up to the London Virtual 10k in May, so my target is to be comfortable running 10k by then - at least I have a goal to work towards.

..... and there’s your beautiful reward for getting out and making a start 🌅Loved The Eagles and that song as a teenager , however there’s some memories coming back about too many of the other tequila sunrise’s 🍹🍹 and a camping trip round Devon & Cornwall 🥴🥴😂😂
