Well, moved to Norfolk from Devon this week....3 failed runs due to ice. Will have to change run times to thaw out!

Thank you, I did manage a short 4.25k run lunchtime. Norfolk is very different to Devon...its beautifully FLAT!

Mmm ... not where I am, my flattest run is the beach which I do enjoy but always uphill on the way home 😐 Happy running in Norfolk!

Lucky you to have beach, we are missing it but Norfolk seems beautiful so far!
