Running non-music

Well, it ain’t poetry and certainly ain’t music, but on Apple Music I found “Boot Camp Running Cadences”. Those chants the marines sing as they eat up the miles. 90 minutes of them!

The ones I’ve heard are at 160 bpm which is quite challenging. Singing the replies should be good for breath control.

I’ll give them a go next run. Certainly a change from the metronome. ⏰🥱 But, no worries, I won’t be joining the marines!
