At least you got out Scruff55. My choice of routes are down to just 2 short ones at the moment because of mud and water. But grandchildren coming is a good reason to go home. Haven't seen my granddaughter for 10 months and I've never met my grandson and he's 4 months now😒
That’s so sad. Fortunately for me my grandchildren are in the village although I did miss the first 6 months of my grandson as he was born in March and they selfisolated however see them now as we are in a bubble for childcare. Don’t get to see my other 2 in Manchester though. Do hope these vaccines work and we can get out of this mess. Running is a good escape though but atm it’s hard to get a long run in due to weather as you say large puddles play havoc with my shoes so I just end up running in circles 🤣🤣🤣
Completely agree Scruff55. Running is keeping me sane even though it's harder to get out. Hoping to get the jab soon and hoping for a little bit of dry spring weather. We'll all feel so much better for it won't we.
