Sgt Major Garmin and I are still on the move and making our way to JOG! Lands End is quite far behind us both now, which is pretty amazing. I never dreamed I could be in Scotland by January βΊοΈ!
Itβs fair to say that weβve moved into the slow lane over the last couple of months and I think there are a few extra pounds being carried too! Iβll blame the Scottish treats! π€₯ Jeff Galloway has kept me going and βJeffingβ has been my winter warrior! πͺπ½
I was out βJeffingβ for an hour today, while listening to a guided run. The learning for me is that running truly is an art. Every time you go out, youβll learn something and importantly, perfection is just not required π! I ran when I wanted to and I walked when I wanted to. My goal was just to be out in the fresh air moving for the hour π! Job done! β
Iβm still joggling along down south, but steady does it! π’π
Well done for keeping on keeping on! Yes, I also experience running not only as a fitness journey but a journey of self discovery.... and also discovery of new environments around you, virtual and real!

Well done on your mileage so far on LEJOG Fabulous450. Strathclyde Park is not that far away from where I actually live. Its quite popular on a sunny day and with runners . Even a parkrun is held there.

Only managing to run once a week with my sanity saving friend as the remote teaching is full on. But I am doing the 30 day Breathe yoga with Adriene pretty much every day which is helping with tight glutes from sitting all day! π
Ooh virtual teaching!! I imagine that itβs a lot of work π―. I certainly feel working on line has increased working hours by a significant amount! And recovering from long hours in front of a screen takes total rest π΄. Itβs not just the actual meetings/classes, itβs the work that still needs to be done afterwards tooπ₯±. I think I shall have to get an eye test and a new prescription! π! Keep up the great work with Adrienne! π I saw that was plan, but I couldnβt find the energy! π...Well done you!! We just need to adjust and keep finding the tools to keep us going strong! πͺπ½β€οΈ
