Yes. Much better. I even added a fifth 30 second "sprint" and a bit more jogging.

I have found my sprint interval level. Much easier than the six (or 8) minutes in C25K plus. Of course, it's a lot less (or fewer). But it's somewhere to start, without getting disillusioned.

It's almost like being on Week1 Run 1 of C25K l, but I've got more idea what I'm doing!

Second 5K on Saturday - forecast is for wet rubbish.

Great little run interval session. Enjoy your wet 5k on Saturday. I've just woken to slush and my weather app says running - very poor so for once I shall take notice and wait for tomorrow. Happy running 🤗
