Good old Cornwall. Back to wet and misty but mild. It was no fun running on icy roads with eyes glued to the surface for the less dangerous bits.

And back to my target of 20km a week.

I’m not one for New Year’s resolutions but rain will no longer be an excuse for not running.

BTW trail shoes are not recommended for road running (is it because it wears out the thick tread?) but they were invaluable on the ice.

Great to hear you have Kenmore conducive to running, its exhausting checking each square cm for ice. We are in the midst of anodeep freeze after a 24hr reprieve. Happy running 🤗

Well done on getting back to your target. It’s been funny weather all through the country- ice 🧊 had been a real struggle for me no matter what footwear. Keep on going, happy running.
