Ju-Ju's 10k Magic Plan - I'm coming for you! :)

After going to sleep on Saturday night with the intention of going for a 5km on Sunday morning, I couldn't face it by the time I woke up and got out of bed.

After changing my mind several times, I decided that I'd go out for a quick 2.5km and halfway through this run, I remembered that 2.5km was the first run on the plan so here I am!

I've battled with motivation since completing C25K in August and on average I've been completing 10 runs/50km a month but I think I'm after something such as this as to keep my motivation going during the icy mornings!

I've run a couple of 7km's and also did an 8km just before Christmas so I'm confident about this!

Well done! You got out there and started the plan with 2.5K, even if it was somewhat accidental!).

You’re certainly not the only one looking for motivation at the moment. Perhaps you need some structure. Hopefully following the Magic Plan will help to keep you on track! 👍

Absolutely in need of structure!

I never missed a day during C25K so I'm hoping it will be the same this time!

Yes! Do it! The Magic Plan is fantastic and it worked for me. It gave me the structure I was looking for after I finished c25k.

Congratulations on completing run1 of week1 😁

The plan is great for adding structure to your running and giving you the incentive to get out there.

Thank you Instructor57 Birdlady64 Grannyhugs Dexy5 - glad to start it. I'm also going to try my first ever 'afternoon 5km' as the weather outside tonight is horrendous and I can already see the road flooding!

It sounds like you should breeze through the plan. Your biggest obstacle will probably be the weather at this time if the year. Enjoy!
