I went out more for my mental health today than physical, managed to do my longest run yet with a few very short pauses again. I have signed up to run 100 miles in February for Refuge to try and raise some money so better up my game! I was talking on here about my smoking and I’m going to try and stop; I have had some news that is going to leave me with no money at the end of every month so another reason to stop , I smoked the last one of a packet last night and not buying any , I can only try...

Good luck with both your 100 miles target and giving up smoking. 100miles is a massive target if you've not yet reached 10k and longer runs, notvtrying to put you off but 100km may be more manageable. Absolutely the best of luck giving up smoking, replace each cigarette with a 1k run or walk rather than food to help to progress to your target distance. Happy running 🤗
