We have had really poor conditions here with solid ice in many parts since the new year, this morning though I was up off and out for my Monday 5k - how great that has felt, I was a little slower than normal to start with and then started to improve the pace and really pleased 😀 with the run. I have been doing the Yoga 🧘♀️ with Adrienne and I really think it’s helped me to keep up with the strength and flexibility and yes breathing whilst not being able to run. As I’m doing LEJOG04 walking has had to keep me trundling along. Great news though this morning I’ve broken through the 400miles left to go to the end. I’ll soon be at Carlisle and then over the Scottish border - virtually of course😀 looking forward to my 7k on Wednesday.
Happy running everyone 🏃🏻♀️

Good you got out as these icy conditions start to thaw👍. Congratulations on your achievement on LE JOG 04. Let’s hope when you get to the Drumochter Pass on the A9 the snow and ice has disappeared there. ❄️🤞
