The Monsal Trail HM and 10k has already been postponed twice and provisionally rearranged again for this March, but I suspect it will be cancelled. They gave us the opportunity to run our chosen distance as a virtual race by the end of December and, whilst I would have much preferred to do the real thing, I opted to go virtual (again!) Anyway, it was worth it because look what arrived today. Fab medal 😍😍 Another one for the new hanger. Ah well, small things!

My first green t-shirt OGR - can’t have too many technical Ts. Having said that, I now have enough to run every day for a fortnight in a different shirt 😂
