Hellloo,

I had to go to work yesterday so went out down by the river for a quick run, found it hard but I think that’s the cold air (and the still smoking 🙈🙈) jogged the last 500 yards up the Main Street in town centre to pick up my prescription and noticed it was easier not so cold all those buildings makes sense it’s always 1-2 degrees warmer in a city isn’t it 🤷‍♀️

Anyway I stopped a few time’s literally for about 5-10 seconds so I’m hoping this doesn’t matter?

Anyway onwards and upwards , I need goals or things to focus on , the last 2 runs have been a bit well random if you know what I mean 🤣

Tracytrace imagine your running without the smoking! Can you assist giving up smoking by using a vape perhaps? ( I know chaps at work have had success and neither smoke or vape anymore 👍)

I don’t really want to , I smoke about 5 a day and can stop but then the evening comes around or I get stressed or bored and off to the shop I go 🙈

in reply toTracytrace

5 a day phew that's not chain smoking thankfully, what triggers your stress Tracytrace?

😊 well sometimes 7 lol , blimey that’s a question you don’t want to know! Aging fit as a fiddle mother hassling me with every imaginary illness, no money, can’t stop shopping , no money ... 🤣🤣🙈

in reply toTracytrace

Ahh see asked because if you can remove those causes of stress, you're halfway there✅.

Before you shop, STOP do you need it?

Why not ebay something to allow that purchase.

The mother, trickier, is she aware of how fit n healthy she is? Let her realize It by perhaps taking her for a walk etc, or is she shielding?

No she’s not shielding gets me to take her to Waitrose lockdown or not 🙈 she doesn’t appreciate it I’m afraid , very hard , but thanks for asking 😊

Stopping for a couple of seconds is normal. Crossing the road, traffic lights against you, stiles, gates, steep steps, photo opportunities, etc.

I've never smoked, so I'm not in a position to comment on that.
