I have a day off today!! Been really busy lots of shifts at work and feel I have a bit of a cold, got really cold the other nights coming home from work. So I don’t think I will run today but hoping to on my next day off. Take care everyone and happy running

Thank you so much Peter44. I think I am just a bit run down from hectic shifts and got really cold walking home late from work.
