Pier to pier 11k🤯

Well I decided on a running yesterday rather than today because of the weather forecast but boy was it cold🥶

This run was something I have wanted to do for sometime after watching many an experienced runner waft effortlessly along😁

Hubby dropped me at the staring point with instructions to pick me up at the end.

Off I toddled slowly past people bikes and horse poo!

Kept my slow plod along the coast to the Leas. Anyone familiar with the great north run will be familiar with the second half. Approaching the end I decided to have a go but any ideas were thwarted bu a family who needed the whole of the pavement 😩

I thoroughly enjoyed my coastline outing and astounded at my 11.25 k

Lets all use out running skills to run away from2020 and into a brighter 2021

Wow, my sisters run the great north run more than once, it sounds great apart from the people bikes but I wouldn’t have been able to resist bringing the horse poo home with me in a bag
