Well, what a mad year it's been, of work for 5 months, on furlough, but started c25k in sept, and am completely hooked!

Very cold out today, am i the only one still just wearing shorts, in this weather 🀣 just warm up so quickly, but had my new gloves on! Went out with daughter again, probably a bit too fast, as both found it hard going, maybe the 10k took it out of us more than we thought πŸ₯΅ anyway nice to end the year with my fastest 5k, and this time last year, would never have guessed i'd be running anywhere!

Happy new year everyone, lets hope we'll be back to some sort of normality soon.

Thanks, will have to slow down a bit, if i'm going to get to 10 miles/HM, like you! 🀣

Well done you!- I started in September like you, but I'm not running 'regular' 5k' s yet - and a 10k is out of the question at the mo!- hoping to get there in 2021! Happy New Year, let's hope we're all 'on the up' pretty soon.

Thank you, yes let's hope things pick up soon, maybe with the new vacines, it's nice to follow other peoples paths, that started c25k, same sort of time. ☺

Happy New year to you too. You seem similar to me. I've done a couple of 10ks with my daughter and my best 5k time is 36.54. I'm hoping dry January may improve my times πŸ˜‚πŸ€ž

Thanks, yes, looks like we're in a similar position, want to increase the 10k eventualy, so not too worried about getting faster, but last few runs, just seem to have increased pace a bit, without really noticing, while running.Happy new year! πŸ₯³
