Welcome MumOnTheEdge ! No recommendations for an app, but Ju-Ju's Magic Plan (healthunlocked.com/bridgeto... is fantastic for getting to 10k, once you've got in a few consolidation runs post C25K
Nike Run Club app has loads of runs of various times and distances, for you to choose from so you can gradually increase your distance, plus you get the encouragement of a coach, you can play your own playlist and it’s free too 👍
