Hi was out this morning at 7am did 5km 37min59 but it was slippy with ice and frost. Managed to stay on feet. Has anyone tried metal ice grips for bottom of trainers for roads and pavements. I don’t run on hills . Someone said yaktrax but some comments had the coils wore quite easy.

Hope you’ve all had a lovely Xmas x

Haven’t tried them. Although I avoid running when icy. I tell myself that there’s plenty of days without I’ve that I can run! Either that or run on grass when icy.

Thank you. Just I prefer going out early and it’s dark and your watching where you put your feet all the time.Trying to complete my challenge garmin connect run 20 miles or 32.2 k from 20th December to 31 st December. Not many Kms to get now nearly there just 2.9.
