I signed up and did the first one this morning. Great fun but I felt a little bit of a pillock doing the drills on a disused car park where lots of people where walking by 😁😬 Still, it’s a lovely sunny day and it got me put and exercising. I found I’m just not strong enough to do what the man in the video was doing. No idea how near I was getting. Would need someone to video my efforts to be able to tell, but what I could tell was, my legs weren’t doing quite what his were. I’ve lost my running hat so wore my hat with lots of pom poms hanging down. I got too hot and had nowhere to put it except stuffed in to the waistband of my trousers. Definitely a new festive look! Nope, sorry, no photo of my jinglebollox 😂

Seems to me that it's a lot of work to get those butt muscles strong enough. Despite months of work post injury, mine are still not quite strong enough. More bridges! A physio suggested I use a resistance and around a leg of a piece of furniture and loop my ankle into it then drive my leg back, with butt tucked under.
