I have a FitBit versus Nike Running Club time discrepancy constantly. I think my FitBit is more accurate as I ran with a friend whose own app was closer to FitBit than NRC. Depends whether we trust the GPS tracking on the apps or our watches more!Well done on your run! Fabulous stuff!

We saw the sunset out of the windows, it looked magical, but we were well into Linkee by that time and getting competitive! It was a present from my oldest son, he had to tell me in advance as I was looking at black friday deals, I was so surprised and grateful ❤ I sneaked out at 7.30 for half an hour before it all started, very quiet and cold! A friend is swimming every day this year to celebrate her 60th and she swam early yesterday 😲 bonkers! 🤣One day when we're able and not in Tier 4 we could all meet on the beach for a coffee at Coast in Worthing, running from all our different directions!

We saw the beginning of the sunset on way home from dog outing but neighbour was coming to dinner so instead of going back to the beach we came home and spent a while in the kitchen lol

Ha ha, I’m a cold being but warm up nicely running There was a group of people I passed just out of the sea in swimsuits and towels, I wished them a Merry Christmas and thanked goodness I’m. a runner not a swimmer lol

Haha. I know exactly what you mean. I went out for a nice 5k on Xmas eve but ate far too much yesterday- plus sugar and wine. I'm thinking of coffee first and maybe just maybe a run later if I can force myself out.

Yes it was perfect yesterday today wasn’t bad but an excess of food stopped us, I might have to run alone tomorrow, Willow doesn’t like wind and rain
