Happy Christmas to everyone, I haven’t run for 10 days now since my positive Covid test , I’m out of isolation today but still got the headache , I feel like I’ll never run again 🙁 I might try today to go literally only 2k I’ve got to start somewhere 🙈

I went out and ran 5K ! So pleased lol it wasn’t as hard as I thought it would be
