FFFFFreezing rain, then sleet and lead for legs but Xmas Eve 5km done!!

I was determined to get out today, despite the fact I've been feeling off colour for the last 3 days, just thought the fresh air would do me good, but oh my life it was soooo cold, and the wind took every bit of breath and strength and but coach Bennett kept telling me I was an athlete and motivated me to keep going and finish, and was I glad!!!

Hey Happy Christmas to you too! We had a great 2 hours walk along the beach Xmas day with the dogs and then today had a brilliant 8.5km run , it was another cold bracing day but beautiful clear and sunny, and just one of those really lovely runs where you realise you've really got the running bug and you get home on a real high!.might you, I had new running socks,new arm sleeves, new gloves so totally kitted up! 😁🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️
