It was a good run and I enjoyed it. Thinking of changing my runs a bit and doing intervals and heart rate training but need to google a bit more about these.

Also does anyone know what is best out of a chest heart monitor or a wrist one? I do have an Apple Watch but reviews seem to be saying it’s not that accurate 🤔

Chest straps are supposed to be more accurate but I tried and kept getting huge spikes. I think it was from the static as it’d say like 190 when I was going mega slow when my hr max is mid 170s 😶🤣 in the end I stuck with my garmin. I used to have an Apple Watch - absolutely cr@p and inaccurate in many ways. Get a Garmin as that’s a proper running watch.

Thank you Tasha99 I have been looking at Garmins and might consider this 👍🎄
